Why Our Clients Trust Us
What We Do
Buying a home is the biggest check most people ever write. My job is to make sure you know exactly what you're signing up for before you sign.
Full home inspections, radon testing, and straight answers — roof to foundation, with a photo report in your hands as soon as same day.
No scare tactics. No upselling you into repairs. Just the truth about the house.
About
I'm Tim Nelson
30 years as a licensed General Contractor. 7 years as a licensed Home Inspector. That order matters.
Most inspectors have never built anything. That background is in every inspection I do and every report I write — handwritten, specific to your home, and thorough until I'm satisfied.
